1-3 PM Third Sundays & First Sundays April through September
at The Studio at the Paonia Laundromat, 604 2nd Street.
First Sundays provide an opportunity for different facilitators or co-facilitators to try on this style of dance space. Reach out if you are interested in facilitating!
Third Sundays through the end of 2026 with Amber unless noted otherwise.
Arrive at 1 pm to warm up, stretch, and gently settle into the space. Opening circle 10-15 minutes in and a closing circle after the music. The Ash Circle is based on a West Africal (Dagara) conflict resolution ritual modeled by Sobonfu Somé. In my experience everyone in atttendance, whether participating or witnessing, comes away with deepened insight and connection.
Community Ash Circles may be scheduled on an as-needed basis.
