Join us in a circle of soul nourishing sisterhood!
Women thrive by being together. Let us gather to recharge, to renew connection to our path of purpose, and to support & nurture each other moving forward on our creative life journeys. This will be a weekend of ceremony incorporating movement, singing, journaling, dream sharing, nature, deep listening, and more.
Wherever you may be on your life journey, whether you have clarity about your heart's desire in this moment or not, this retreat is designed to playfully lead you to a deeper relationship with your heart space. Plus we will get to explore and cultivate sisterhood through gentle, fun shared activities!
What are you ready to call in? What is it time to let go?
Come explore these questions in a circle of sisters.

"Join me in taking a deep breath into our hearts and souls. Together, we’ll explore and celebrate our inner selves through texture, color, shape, and form. As we deepen our breath and open our hearts with restorative yoga, we’ll let the art materials become our voice, expressing what words cannot. We’ll reflect on what unfolds before us, listening to the messages that arise from within."

A meeting of seen and unseen realms to share, discuss, explore and experiment, finding our way forward in relation to grief. Grief is about more than death. It could be for the state of the world, the loss of a relationship, job, or home, the loss of a hope, dream or expectation, the loss of a former self or self-perception, complicated grief where closure is elusive, disenfranchised grief not sanctified by the culture we live in, historical grief, ancestral grief, the grief of the land... any grief ungrieved can lead to illness. At this time of the year, with the thinning of the veil between worlds and the approach of the longer nights, Winter Solstice and associated holidays, let us gather and attend to grief.
